Micronutrients are the new black…
Often times we hear people ask, “Why is juicing so amazing?” Micronutrients, TA-DOW! Small amounts of micronutrients have LARGE amounts of internal incentive. Eating FRESH ORGANIC produce daily is beyond important, its vital…. to our vitals. Vibrant dark leafy greens and a colorful array of fruits all have an abundance of, our most valued friend, the MICRONUTRIENT. It’s a newfound (or old found) passion for heath, wellness, focus, execution and our children that leads down the path to REAL FOODS. REAL FOODS have REAL NUTRIENTS. Our bodies YEARN for nutrients. Our cells rely on them to execute their job description. Without micronutrients our cells are helpless. Our bodies cant fight off disease and infection. Our cells spartan abilities are hindered without their micronutrient fuel. We all love the color black. When you think of the color black you think timeless, supportive (in all aspects), ever-lasting, and strong, right? Black always delivers, always. Micronutrients are the new black.
Connecting with food on a cellular level changes your life, it truly changes everything. It sounds crazy right? The best way to see what the food you eat is doing to you is to start a food journal. Document what you eat, and how you felt after. How long after did you have energy, if any. How was your ability to focus? Progression with that type of exercise will tell you everything you need to know.
A great way to start your REAL FOOD mission is to cut out a couple of the evils COLD TURKEY. Soda, NEVER AGAIN. Filthy, nasty, ish. Traditional fast food, SKIP IT. Bring lunch with you or seek out the closest organic restaurant, las vegas juice bar or wellness kitchen. Processed foods, buh-bye, opt for FRESH foods. Foods made that day, in whatever restaurant you’re ordering from. Not shipped in a crate pre-seasoned and heated up just before serving. Hang out in the outer parameters of the grocery store 99% of the time. Your dry aisle pickings should be for your superfood powders. Most of your shopping should be foods that have an expiration of 7 days or less, fresh foods. Make sure you pick produce that is VIBRANT in it’s color, not bruised or wilted, and doesn’t appear dry as if its been sitting for several days. Snack on fresh fruit and veggies. If you’re still hungry eat more fruits and veggies or sip on a raw cold pressed juice or nut milk. Nut milk and avocado make for great appetite suppressants, both are CREAMY and DELICIOUS.
Fruits & Roots Organic Cold Pressed Juice Bar and Wellness Kitchen PROMISES to provide the highest of quality in our drinkables and edibles. Every item on our menu was crafted and created with the intention of instilling nutrition.
Make it happen Monday is just around the corner…. Let’s do this!
